Teaching is a passion, not a profession. Teaching is not easy It is a science and art at the same time.

Teaching is a commitment to your profession .without commitment one can be a computer or other gadget but not a teacher. A professional teacher also considers some points. Here we r discussing a few from them

1st and the foremost rule for committed professional Teachers is professional knowledge.

Professional knowledge means one should be aware of the rules and regulations of a profession. The rules of teachings cannot be denied because it is the profession of prophets .so a professional teacher always aware of rules and standards of teaching and Enhance our professional knowledge by making every effort to understand student development, learning theories, pedagogy, curriculum, ethics, educational research, as well as applicable policies and legislation.

Professional Responsibilities

It is a professional Responsibility of a responsible teacher to pursue opportunities to improve our professional practice, planning for and responding to the unique needs of our students and learning communities by using relevant pedagogy, assessment and evaluation methods, resources, and technology that are available to us.

Commitments, 

Our commitment to these standards enables us to be sensitive to factors that influence and enhance individual student learning and wellbeing, engage with students in respectful, and equitable ways, and support students as active and democratic citizens;

embrace our leadership role in promoting student learning and in creating collaborative, respectful, inclusive, equitable, and safe learning communities;

engage in ongoing professional learning for the benefit of our students and the enhancement of our teaching practices.

Embodying the Standards of Practice for the Teaching Profession into our daily practice is a reflection of our commitment to professionalism and ensures optimal use of pedagogical approaches that support the most enabling learning experience for our students.
